Derek Goeckeritz; 3D Environment Game Artist pushing myself to be one of the best and I absolutely love my job. I am a very creative artist and creating realistic worlds as well as Fantasy world's is my greatest inspiration. I grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah as a musician and semi-pro mountain biker. In August 2008 I completed one of my childhood dream's by graduating Full Sail University and receiving a Bachelors of Science in Digital Arts and Design in the study of 3D Arts. My decision to enter the video game industry comes from a passion for the creative process as well as a deep apreciation for those people involved in shaping my gaming memories. The passion I have for my industry is competitive, unique, strong, and true.
Objective:
